GENERAL INFORMATION

Hisdern wanna make sure every package is timely delivered, kindly make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all required information. Correct usage of abbreviations, right entering of street numbers, building and apartment numbers is important for ensuring proper delivery. Hisdern will not hold responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments, if the address information is incorrectly provided at time of ordering, we appreciate your understanding in this.

Part 1 - Order Handling and processing

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from its actual delivery time. Depending on a number of factors, orders may take 1 to 3 days(including Saturday, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.

Part 2 - Shipping Carriers

All U.S. orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS, international orders will be handled using DHL or Fedex.

Alternative carriers may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements. Your final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout.

Part 3 - Shipping Time

The estimated period for processing, transit, and final delivery are included here for reference.

Please note that orders to US/JP/CA/AU/FR/GB/NL/ES/DE/UK destinations may take 5-7 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order. Orders to international destinations may take 7-12 business days from the date it is shipped out.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information from Hisdern.

If you do not receive the package within the above-mentioned time, please contact our customer service team in time, we will spare no effort to assist you to check the status of the package and help you receive the package as soon as possible.(customer service email: service@hisdern.com)

Part 4 - Tracking

After 2 - 3 days the customer places an order on hisdern.com, we will send an order logistics information tracking number and a specific logistics company name to your mailbox, you can track the order here: https://www.17track.net/en

Note: For tracking numbers, it may take a few days before they become active on the tracking website. If the information is not available please try again later. Please rest assured that the estimated shipping time is valid regardless of the tracking site updates. 

Part 5 - Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address, please send us an email with your order number, the current shipping address, and the address that you would like to change it to. We can change the address up until your order leaves our facility!

Note：
The address cannot be changed after shipping, so please make sure that your address is filled in correctly after ordering and before shipping.

Part 6 - Common Q&A

1. Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email service@hisdern.com. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".

2. Duties and Taxes
Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be due at the time of delivery. If you do not pay the fees, your package will be returned to hisdern and we will refund you the cost of the order excluding shipping.

3. Will I receive a tracking number?

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.

When you receive your tracking number, if you need help tracking your order you can go here. 

We Will Send Order confirmation and shipping inform message or email after you place the order, please check it, once there exist unauthorized payment, please contact us in 7 business days, we will not process it over 7 business days.

4. My item arrived damaged. 
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

If this happens to you, please contact with:
    - Your order number.
    - A picture of the damaged product.
Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.
5. I have a question that wasn't answered, can you please help??

If we still haven't managed to answer your question please feel free to contact us and we will reply within 24 hours :)

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. The product will be shipped to you as per the shipping policy. It shall be eligible for a refund/replacement only if it fulfills the conditions mentioned in this page.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The basic premise of a refund will be that the product is defective and not as per the product description mentioned on the website's product page. We don't take any responsibility if the address entered is incorrect. We request you to fill in your details with utmost care.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

To be eligible to initiate a return or exchange:

  • The items must have tags still on and be in original packaging.
  • The items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Below are exceptions. 

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items for refund have no original tags on and not returned in its original packaging
  • Returned items must have visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Write an email to our support personnel(email: service@hisdern.com), certifying the conditions of the items, reason to return or exchange.
  2. Tell us the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
  3. Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
  4. Send all items back to us using the label provided
  5. After we receive the item, we will provide a refund or help to exchange the item.

Please Note: We may need to have your contact info and shipping info during the communication, and all the info gathered will only be used for shipping info or refund purposes, we will never disclose to any third-party personnels, thank you for your understanding in this. 

Additional Information:

1. How long it takes to receive your refund or replacement product?

After we receive the products that are returned, we will help to exchange the item within 1 - 2 business days, the replacement product may take 7 - 15 days to reach your place.

For the refund, we will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your order be automatically refunded in 72 hours to your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time(less than 48hours) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too, and if you still have not received your refund after 72 hours, please contact us at service@hisdern.com.

REFUNDS POLICY

2. IN TRANSIT:NOT ACCEPTED

3. DELIVERED: Will be processed within 7– 12 business days after CS contact and the items arrived the warehouse and tested originally. (Note: Refunds will not include the shipping costs once it was shipped.)
If it has been longer than two weeks, please Contact Us.
The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.

2. Any shipping fees the customer will need to pay?

  • If the items are recieved safe, working and functioning, but our users still wants to return the items, it would be our users to cover the returning shipping fees, thank you for your understanding in this.

3. Any return restocking fees the customer will need to pay?

Our customers doesn't need to pay any restocking fees.

4. How you handle lost or damaged returns?

The lost or damaged returns will be checked by our warehouse and product team members together, and check if the damages are fixable, and eventually we will talk with our customers to provide partial refund depending on the demages.
